Facebook gets investigated.... Again

Facebook has been in hot water recently for the massive leak they had with customer's personal information being leaked. But now the attorney general of eight states and the District of Columbia are investigating Facebook's impact on advertising prices, data, and consumer privacy. This is also expanding to Facebook's other apps including Instagram and WhatsApp.

Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee are all apart of this antitrust investigation. Many of these states' attorney generals are not going to back down when fighting this company. This is following the same investigation into Google and it's practice.

I personally have stopped using Facebook years ago, but I still use Instagram and I am concerned about my privacy being sold to advertisers. Most people in my age range only use it once in a while to keep our families updated on our lives.

I believe that Facebook just has too many problems and a lot of people do not trust the platform anymore. If Facebook is violating all of these antitrust laws are Instagram and WhatsApp also breaking them?
